Insurance
Easy Going Provence is committed to doing everything possible to ensure that its passengers reach their destination in the best possible conditions of safety and within the shortest possible time. As such, all of our drivers possess the guarantees of well-known and solvent insurance companies, covering all risks associated with their activities, in compliance with the applicable legislation.
These insurance contracts cover, in terms of civil liability, all direct material and non-material damage and bodily injury to the passenger, within a limit set according to the current insurance contract. This applies with the exception of damage due to the client’s liability, from their getting into the vehicle to their getting out of it, these two actions remaining included.
SKILLS
These General Conditions of Use are governed by French law, and all disputes relating to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the Commercial Court.
