What is the duration of a rental?
The duration of a rental is a minimum of two consecutive nights. You can set another one if you want to reduce the number of rotations.
What are the rental rates applied?
We establish a rental rate per night, per weekend, per week, and per month together, based on the period and prices in the sector of your property.
What does the complete inspection of my property consist of?
We agree with you on a visit to your rental property. This meeting is an opportunity to discover your property, to tell us about its particularities, to introduce our services and packages, to make an inventory, to estimate rental rates and to meet your needs.
How is the delivery and collection of the keys for my accommodation going?
At the first meeting, we collect 2 sets of keys:

How am I informed about the progress of my rental?
Upon arrival of your tenants, we present your property and its features (a technical sheet is available to them as well as the rental regulations). After each departure, a report is sent to you via text message with photos of your property.
Is the same concierge always responsible for the accommodation?
Yes, we try our best to provide the same concierge who will be present to welcome guests, take care of your accommodation from check-in to housekeeping between each rental.
In case it is not available (illness leave, or other reasons...), a replacement concierge will take over the management of your accommodation until his/her return.
Do you charge for travel expenses?
Each additional move (repair, tenant issue that cannot be resolved over the phone …) by our concierge will be charged to you. Depending on the location and parking options of your property, we may charge additional moving fees (to be determined on a case-by-case basis). The owner is notified and must approve these moves each time.
How is the billing process?
Depending on the chosen formula, you will receive the amounts of your rentals via bank transfer to your account, deducted from the management and concierge fees.
