Frederic was amazing! He offered our group lollipops before the trip and some toffee after. Such a sweet guy and a great driver!

We hired this company to provide roundtrip transport for 8 people including 2 toddlers from Avignon to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence this summer and were very pleased with our experience. Frédéric and his colleagues were very communicative ahead of our trip, and suggested 1 van and 1 sedan to comfortably transport all of us and our luggage. We were thrilled with the quality of vehicles that picked us up, and they were able to provide car seats for the toddlers. Both vehicles were clean, new, and air conditioned. Our drivers were very friendly, helpful and polite. When travelling in the area, I would definitely hire VTC again and would not hesitate recommending the service to others.

We had an incredible experience with Fred during our time in Provence. From the moment we met him, he was kind, professional, and always punctual. He made every day completely stress-free, handling all of the driving while sharing wonderful local recommendations and insights along the way.

Traveling with three young children can be challenging, but Fred was incredibly patient, flexible, and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure our family was comfortable and always made us feel welcome.

His knowledge of the area, warm personality, and attention to detail truly made our trip even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and driver. We highly recommend Fred to anyone visiting Provence and hope to see him again on our next trip!

We highly recommend this car service! Our driver, Frederic, was an outstanding professional driver. He was consistently on time and maintains upscale and comfortable vehicles. He went above and beyond to help us navigate the train station and share knowledge of the area. We could rest comfortably knowing that he was there the moment we needed him. Thank you, Frederic! You made our trip to Provence a dream come true!

We arranged for Fred Raphele to pick us up at the train station in Avignon for our month long stay in St Remy de Provence and drive us back at the end of the month. We also retained him for a day to chauffeur us around to different communities. He was absolutely the best. He is friendly, professional, reliable and helpful. We are an older couple and he helped us with our luggage up stairs and taking us places that were easier for us to walk. His vehicles are immaculate . My husband and I give him the highest recommendation as a chauffeur.

How very fortunate we were to have been referred to Frederic to help us explore Provence and safely transport us to and from the train station in Nimes. He accompanied us, lugging our baggage up narrow stairs to a second floor apartment and made sure that any communications needed between the French host and us were handled. He put together a list of good restaurants to try in St. Remy. We hired him for the day to go to the Market in Uzes and then explore St Quentin de Potterie. Without even being asked he found a wonderful place for us to eat (which turned to be the best meal we had in France). He was so very pleasant, conscientious and punctual and of course, a good driver. I would not hesitate to use his services again!
